We collect the minimum we need to get product to you. Nothing else.

CREASΞ CULT is operated by BearLane, LLC in Gainesville, Florida, United States. Our site is creasecult.com. For anything in this policy, reach us at support@creasecult.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you provide one. Your order history and what you bought.
When you join the list: your email address, and the date and source of your signup.
When you visit: standard server and analytics data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This is collected automatically by our host and analytics tools.
What we never see: your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle card data directly. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Why we collect it
- To process, fulfil and ship your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and delivery updates
- To respond when you contact support
- To send drop announcements and early access — only if you asked for them
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To understand which pages and products people actually look at, so we build better ones
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to run the store:
- Stripe — to take payment
- USPS — to deliver your order
- MailPoet — to send order and drop emails
- SiteGround — who host this site
- Law enforcement, where we are legally required to
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share your email list with anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Email list data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data (except order records we are legally required to keep)
- stop sending you email
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Email support@creasecult.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you why.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember whether you have seen the early access prompt, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart will stop working if you do.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Many of our customers are under 18 — if you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian place the order. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes get an email to anyone on the list.
