For a damaged, defective or incorrect item: include your order number, photos of the item and the packaging, and one line describing the problem. Report within 7 days of delivery.
For a size exchange: include your order number and the size you need. Unworn, within 14 days of delivery. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
For a drop question — when the next one opens, whether something is restocking — the answer is on the list. Drops are announced to early access first, and they are not restocked.
